Nicholas Caradoc Hoult (born December 7, 1989) is an English film and television actor. He is known for playing Marcus in the film About a Boy and Tony in the E4 drama Skins. It was announced on March 29, 2008 that most of the current characters, including his, will be written out of the show in the current season's completion. Hoult has been nominated for a The Walkers Home Grown Talent Award.

Hoult, the third of four children, was born in Wokingham, Berkshire, the son of Glenis, a piano teacher, and Roger Hoult, a pilot for British Airways.

His siblings are James, Rosie and Clarista. He attended The Henley College in Henley-on-thames,Oxfordshire, but left in year 12 to focus on his acting career.
